A year ago, I almost closed my travel company. Not because it was failing – I'd personally hosted over 250 women on 30 luxury trips to 25 destinations.
Everything looked perfect from the outside.
But inside? It felt surface-level. Like something was missing that I couldn't quite name.
Then came that night in St. Lucia.
I was hosting farewell drinks in a penthouse suite. We were supposed to be celebrating the trip, but the conversation shifted. We started talking about what it's really like to navigate success as Black women.
The wins we've had. The rooms we've walked into. The relief of finally finding our tribe.
That's when it hit me: 95% of the women in that room made over $100,000 a year. But money wasn't what made that space feel wealthy.
What made it an absolute luxury was that we could speak freely.

What if I can't attend every event or gathering?
Life happens, and we get it. You'll never be penalized for missing events. All virtual masterclasses and gatherings are recorded so you can catch up on your own time. The beauty of BBG is that sisterhood happens in multiple ways – through our online community, monthly chats, local meet-ups, and global experiences. You choose how you engage based on your season of life.
Are there opportunities to connect locally, or is everything virtual?
Both. We have virtual gatherings that bring the entire community together, AND we facilitate local meet-ups in major cities where members can connect in person. As our community grows, we're building local chapters so you can experience sisterhood both online and in your own city
What's the time commitment?
You choose your level of engagement. At minimum, we have one monthly virtual gathering (1 hour) and ongoing community conversations you can participate in when it works for you. Everything else – masterclasses, wellness sessions, retreats – is optional based on your schedule and interests.
Can I upgrade from Sisterhood Circle to Global Circle later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time, and we'll prorate your membership so you're never charged twice. Many of our Global Circle members started in the Sisterhood Circle and upgraded once they experienced the transformation.
